We Currently Ship to the Continental U.S. AND CANADA ~ Ground Shipping

Free Ground Shipping on Orders Over $99 in the U.S.

Shipping to Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan and the Yukon Territory.

There will be an extra fee on Bulky or Overweight items which cost more to ship. We will contact you if the shipping fee changes. Your credit card will not be charged until you have been contacted.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products, at the lowest price possible.

• Promotional offer is limited to the continental 48 US states only.
• Products, excluding shipping, tires and oversize fees, must total $99 or more to receive promotional shipping offer.
• Tires and oversize fees are not waived by the promotional shipping offer.  
• Limited to ground shipping only.

* All returns must be sent accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Prior to sending your return back to us, please call 888-378-7522 to get a RA# (return authorization number).

* The RA# MUST be written on the outside of the box. If there is no visible RA# on the box your package will be refused.

* A shipping charge will be applied for any exchanges.

* An RA# must be obtained within 30 days of the date you received your package.

* The RA# is only good for 14 days. If your return package is not received within the 14 days after the RA# was issued, the return/exchange will be refused. If package is delayed due to UPS, your return/exchange will still be granted. All products must be in new and re-useable condition.

* All returns requiring a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

* All returns will be charged for shipping to 1stplacemx.com even if free shipping requirements were met at the time of original purchase.

* Please note: by placing the order over the phone or online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in our store policy. If there is a discrepancy on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.

* Any items returned damaged or used will not be accepted.
